Please be advised that our vendor will be performing maintenance on September 14th, starting at 9:00 PM MST until September 15th at 1:00 AM MST.
Our vendor will be performing maintenance as outlined below:
- MCU CORE2-ORD Our vendor will be carrying out routine maintenance in their Chicago data center. As part of this maintenance, an Apache service restart will occur on core2-ord and endpoints2-ord at some point during the maintenance window.
PORTAL Server may be unavailable during this service restart - Should you need access to the portal during this maintenance and are unable to access the portal at any point during this maintenance you will be able to access the portal at one of the URLs below: https://core3-iad.mcusip.run https://core1-phx.mcusip.run
We do not anticipate any service impact during this maintenance, some users may notice a brief disruption in portal access.
